A basic health check, is a general health check-up or wellness exam, is a routine medical examination that is aimed at assessing an individual's overall health status. It typically includes a review of the person's medical history, measurements such as blood pressure, heart rate, height, and weight, as well as a physical examination. Depending on the individual's age, sex, and medical history, additional tests such as blood tests, cholesterol screening, and other diagnostic tests may be recommended. The purpose of a basic health check is to detect any potential health issues early, when they are most treatable, and to promote healthy habits and preventive care.

  • Doctors Visit

  • Physical examination- Vital signs: blood pressure, breathing rate, pulse rate, temperature, height, and weight.

  • Basic vision screening

  • Lipid Profile or cholesterol blood test: Looks at the levels of cholesterol and other fats in your blood. To assess your risk of heart disease and stroke.

  • Urinalysis- to detect and manage a wide range of disorders, such as urinary tract infections, kidney disease and diabetes

  • Fasting Blood Sugar: indicates if you are diabetic or pre diabetic or normal

  • CBC (complete blood count)- help find the cause of symptoms such as weakness, fatigue and fever. It also can help find the cause of swelling and pain, bruising, or bleeding

  • Prostate exam for men over 40

  • Breast exam for women.
